Hello, My name is Stan and I would like to introduce you to myself and my company, Sun City Realty Ltd. 

In 1980, I became a licensed REALTOR® and for the next fifteen years of  successfully serving my clients, I decided to establish my own real estate company in 1995, Sun City Realty Ltd.   Then in 1998, I became a licensed Broker.  This means I have extensive knowledge and education in the real estate industry in both Commercial and Residential real estate.  

Community is also important to me, so in addition to operating a successful real estate brokerage, I am very active in the profession in other capacities. I have been a Director on the Lethbridge Real Estate Board since 1999 and was the Association’s President in 2003, 2008, and 2010.  Since 1990 I have been actively teaching real estate at the Lethbridge College where I teach the introductory and continuing education courses to new and current REALTORS®.  I’ve been awarded the “REALTOR® of the Year” award from the Lethbridge Real Estate Board in 1987 and was honoured with an Honourary Life Membership in 2009 for my dedication and service in the real estate profession.

Among my service  in real estate, I am actively involved in my community as well.  Currently as Vice Chairman of Social Housing in Action with the City of Lethbridge and also the Chairman of the Affordable Housing Committee of SHIA.  Past President and current member of the Original Lethbridge Business Breakfast Club where we meet weekly to share information about what is happening in Lethbridge.
